I started my dog training journey through Rainbow Paw Dog Training School – Professional Dog Trainer Program with Delecia Maynard, CPDT-KA as my instructor/mentor (2013-2016). My time with Rainbow Paw was extremely valuable and I will be forever grateful. I was able to gain hands-on experience teaching group classes & private sessions, obtaining field related Continued Educational Units and striving for new Community Outreach opportunities. It is an ongoing personal goal of mine to further my education while continuing the work that I love.
Word of mouth goes a long way here on PEI. Hard work and strong ethics have allowed me (with the help of those around me) to build Fearless Fido (2016-present) and it is our pleasure to be able to consistently earn + maintain solid relationships with our local dog guardians, veterinarians, dog walkers, shelters, groomers and fellow dog trainers……. Thank you for all the love. The feeling is definitely mutual.
Beyond training I enjoy spending time with my Husband Elliott and our two lovable dogs Bowie(16) and Oliver(11).

I first started on my dog training journey in March 2019 when I did some research and decided to enrol in the Animal Behaviour College Dog Trainer Certification Program. While working toward my certification, I was luckily pointed in the right direction by a local veterinarian to begin a year long apprenticeship with Bethany Coles, CPDT-KA. At Fearless Fido, I was able to gain a ton of hands on experience while also learning a lot about the wonderful world of canine behaviour.
In 2021, I officially joined the Fearless Fido Team as a pro dog trainer and have been very much enjoying it ever since! I am grateful for the time I get to spend every day, working with our Island dogs (also some lovely dogs “from away”) and their human guardians to achieve attainable goals through our Personal Coaching and Day Training services. I am also able strengthen my training skills by assisting in the teaching of group classes with Bethany, which is always super rewarding!
It is very important to keep learning and evolving with our in our industry so I will always strive to stay current and further my education by signing up for interesting courses such as Scent for Six with the School of Canine Science which I am set to complete in 2022. Stay on the lookout for group Scent Classes taught by ME!!!!
